(c) IOC. The 2nd International Forum on Sport, Peace and Development will take place from 10 to 11 May 2011.
Co-organised by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the United Nations Office on Sport for Development and Peace (UNOSDP), the event will offer the opportunity to review policies and practices in this field, strengthen the cooperation between the various entities, and agree on future action.

Strong focus will be placed on how sport is contributing to the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) - which address the world’s most pressing issues and require the support of everyone.
