SCORE4Africa holds an annual Awards ceremony to recognize, reward and encourage those individuals, organisations, players, academies and institutions using football as a tool to drive positive change in Africa.
You can nominate yourself for as many categories as you please until 9 November, 2009. Nomination forms can be downloaded here.
The winner of each category will be announced at the Score4Africa awards event, at the Sheraton Park Lane Hotel on November 30.
