While Magic Bus’s needs are often based on current events, ongoing projects and levels of ground support, they will do their best to accommodate your request.

There are hundreds of Special Olympics offices around the world, and all of them need people at various times during the year. The best way to become a volunteer is to find the Special Olympics office nearest you.

Sports Coaches' Outreach (SCORE)
Volunteers commit to either a six month or one year term, beginning in either January or July. Placements begin with a 2-3 week orientation programme, which includes local language learning, cross-cultural awareness, community development theory and teaching methods.

WhizzKids United
WKU supports the new trend of online volunteering which benefits all those people who want to bring change to the world, but don't have the time or resources to travel to far away places. All you need is a computer, an internet connection and a large amount of enthusiasm to help. WKU frequently takes on traditional volunteers too.

World at Play
Volunteering with World at Play offers the opportunity to contribute to its work and develop your skills and experience at the same time. They also recognise the contribution of volunteers through regular social events and the Millennium Volunteers programme (14-25 year olds).

If your organisation offers relevant volunteer opportunities then get in touch with the Operating Team to discuss how they can be featured on sportanddev.
