Association Internationale des Écoles Supérieures d’Éducation Physique (International Association for Physical Education in Higher Education)
The 2017 AIESEP World Conference will be held 07-10 November 2017 in Gosier, Guadeloupe (FRA) hosted by the Université des Antilles.
The theme of the Conference is Cultures, Disciplines, Interactions: Contextualizing Diversity in Physical Activities and Physical Education, with sub-themes of:
- Diversity in Physical Education and Sport: Opportunities and Challenges for Sport Pedagogy
- Learner Identities within Physical Education and Sport: Overtaking Inequities
- Cultural Competencies in Teacher and Coach Education
- Inclusion Policies in Physical Education and Sport Practices.
Diversity is understood in a broad sense that integrates the teaching of sport and physical education.
The deadline for abstract submission is 31 January 2017. Notification of acceptance will be by 30 April 2017.
