As Cambodian National Volleyball League Disabled (CNVLD) Sports Program Manager, Ms Keo Rattana (known as ‘Adda’) is responsible for the management and production of the annual CNVLD Volleyball League and Wheelchair Racing Programmes.

Adda joined the CNVLD after extensive experience in the Cambodian hospitality and entertainment industries and has quickly established her authority with the 100+ qb National Volleyball League athletes who have responded with great respect to her accomplished management style.

Adda is also the Official CNVLD Media Spokesperson and has given a number of press conferences, including the Official Media Launch of the qb 2008 National Volleyball League.

She is also responsible for managing the six year old cooperation with the International School of Phnom Penh including the Landmines Group and the ISPP CNVLD Sports Cooperation Project, where the Takeo ISPP Templestowe Falcons and the CNVLD Head Referee work with the ISPP Volleyball Team to train them in preparation for their participation in the MARISSA international schools tournament.

As part of the CNVLD’s official policy of providing long term training and employment opportunities to Cambodian women, Adda’s skill and commitment in carrying out her tasks is a perfect example of how young Cambodian women are quickly establishing themselves as the some of the best employees in the rapidly expanding Cambodian economy.

As the Grand Finals of the qb 2008 National Volleyball League draw close, Ms.Keo Rattana’s focus will turn to the 2008-2009 ANZ Royal CNVLD Wheelie Grand Prix, where she will be responsible for encouraging a significant increase in the number of Cambodian Women with a Disability to participate in the programme and managing the overall programme.

Adda will also be the principal translator and Team Manager for the Cambodian National Team during their training and participation in the WOVD 2008 Slovakia Volleyball World Cup where Cambodia intend to challenge for the #1 spot in the World.

The CNVLD is proud to welcome Adda on board with the most professional sports league in Cambodia and looks forward to providing long term training and employment to enable her to become one of the leading sports event management staff in the country.
