From that, I'll throw a serious question to throw out there:
Management and Leadership- are they the same? Or should they be kept separate? If you are a good manager, are you also a good leader?
Some say that leading comes from the heart and management comes from the brain. Others say that they both need to come from the same place and that the skills are intertwined.
Thoughts from any of you out there?
