The FOCO RUNNING Project is aimed at improving the physical, mental and spiritual conditioning of its participants.

To celebrate IDSDP 2021, the FOCO Running Project conducted online physical traning for students, to ensure that they remain active even while facing challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The session included 20 uninterrupted minutes of functional physical exercises which could be performed in any space in homes.

The online session was taught by Marcelo Vinicius Costa Rezende, a Major in the Military Police of Sao Paulo. Marcelo is also a physical education graduate and has been volunteering with the project.

The FOCO RUNNING Project is an initiative of the Biblical Church of Peace (IBP), which encourages members of the community around them to engage in and practice physical activity. The project focuses on improving not only the physical and mental health of its participants, but also emphasizes the importance of spiritual conditioning.
