He later posted his Master's thesis 'Football for the Blind', which is a comprehensive guide about how to begin football activities for blind and visually impaired people. Mayr's thesis is available for download here.

He further made his presence felt by providing a detailed description of Urece Sports and Culture, an organisation that promotes sports and culture for the blind and visually impaired in Brazil.
