Invitation to participate in research for the Centre for Access to Football in Europe (CAFE)

The Centre for Access to Football in Europe (CAFE) is looking for non-visibly disabled people and people with long-term health conditions to complete the CAFE Non-Visibly Disabled Fans Survey.

CAFE is a UEFA Football Social Responsibility partner and works to improve access and inclusion for disabled people and people with long-term health conditions across football.

The survey aims to learn more about the existing matchday services available for non-visibly disabled people and people with long-term health conditions, and to identify any other matchday barriers they may face. The results will be used to create guidance for stakeholders across football to improve the matchday experience.

Please complete the survey if you are a person with a non-visible disability or long-term health condition, or are a companion or personal assistant to a non-visibly disabled person or person with long-term health condition.

You can read more about the project and find instructions for completing the survey on the CAFE website in the following languages:

Nederlands (Dutch)

English (English)

Français (French)

Deutsch (German)

The survey is available online or as a Word document which can be adapted to suit your access requirements, or translated into your native language. You can also complete the survey over the phone or answer the questions in your native language. An easy-to-read version will be published soon. Other alternative formats are available on request by contacting CAFE via the details below.

The survey will close on Friday 15 May at 1800 CET. CAFE’s Non-Visibly Disabled Fans Survey Report will be published in autumn 2020.
