Online leadership course in S4D

The course on “Sport for Development: Tools for Tackling Challenges” will improve the way you lead, communicate, and make decisions. It will give you the tools to grow your influence and the impact your work has. You will further be able to connect and share best practices with like-minded people working in S4D based in Asia and the Middle East.

Course Information: Building on the success of past online leadership courses, the Scort Foundation will start a new course on 29 July 2021. The course lasts 10 weeks and is held in English. You are free to study whenever suits you best. The only fixed attendance is during the 3 live webinars on Zoom. During regular study groups you can exchange experiences with your peers and learn from each other’s expertise.

Content: The education covers topics such as how to be an authentic leader, making ethical decisions, creating an inclusive environment and how to approach different kinds of challenges. The course focuses on personal growth as well as fostering communication skills.

Applicant’s profile:

• Applicants are based in Asia or Middle East
• At least 2 years of leadership experience (voluntary or professional)
• Working experience in a S4D organisation targeting vulnerable youth
• Good English reading, writing and conversational skills
• Access to a computer with a stable internet connection
• We strive for a female quota of 50%
