The Peace and Sport Awards 2009

On the 13th November the nominees and members of the Jury for the 2009 Peace and Sports Awards were announced by Peace and Sport.

The Peace and Sports Awards began in 2008 and celebrates campaigns and individuals that contribute significantly to peace and social stability across the globe.

Previous winners of the awards have demonstrated what can be achieved through using sport as a vehicle for social change.

The event will take place on 26th November during the Gala Evening of the 3rd Peace and Sport International Forum. Present at the ceremony will be H.S.H. Prince Albert II and more than 300 decision-makers from the world of sport and peace.
