On 6 April, SUPR SPORTS will launch their new networking format, SUPR SPORTS Meet & Talk, for the sports for change sector in Germany.

In these times, coming together is more difficult than ever. Yet, at the same time, it is more important than ever to exchange ideas, solve problems together and support each other. Digital formats allow us to resolve this contradiction.

SUPR SPORTS is using the occasion of IDSDP 2021 to establish a platform which will allow for the frequent exchange of ideas, and will allow organizations in the field to get to know each other and gain useful insights from one another.

Every meeting will have a special guest organization who will present special insights, share useful information and inspirational thoughts. Starting off with hourly meetings every three months, the events will also have a networking portion and inspirational input from a partner organization.

All people and organizations in the sector could work on their own and reinvent solutions, but that is not how societal change is going to happen. There are already best practices. Some could be easily transferred others need an adjustment for a special case, but solutions already exist.

That's why there should be a possibility to regularly meet each other and help one another. SUPR SPORTS wants to achieve a better-connected sports for change sector in Germany and create a digital place for all people who want a better society through sports.

For its inaugural meeting on IDSDP, SUPR SPORTS will welcome fairplaid.org, the largest crowdfunding platform in sports. Fairplaid and an NGO will present an example of a crowdfunding project from an NGO. A representative of the NGO will explain the campaign process from their view. The rest of the meeting is reserved for getting to know each other in big and small groups, where everybody can share their needs and skills.

We´re looking forward to IDSDP 2021!
