For the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace (IDSDP) on 6 April, take the juggling challenge!

The #Juggle4Equality video challenge has recently been launched in honour of IDSDP. The challenge is based on one of the 17 Global Goals for Sustainable Development: Global Goal 10 (Equality): Reduce inequality within and among countries.

All are welcome to participate in the #Juggle4Equality challenge. You can juggle with any sport equipment you choose, in any way you like. You may use feet, hands, head, soccer, tennis, table tennis, badminton, ice hockey, field hockey, golf, cricket, Quiddich, softball, baseball, Frisbee, basketball, volleyball -- be creative!

How to participate:

1. Film at least 10 juggles (or more) on your own or with friends

2. Share the video on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Use the hashtag #Juggle4Equality to share and be inspired by other participants' videos

3. Invite and challenge 10 friends to join

The deadline to send in your video is 30 April.
