is a project run by the European Capitals and Cities of Sport Federation (ACES Europe) in the framework of Preparatory Action in the Field of Sport 2012, co-funded by the European Commission.

SportWeCan's booklet, "Promotion of sport at municipal level" is the project's final publication containing a compilation of best practices and cases from its member cities in services to promote sport in their municipalities. It describes the background, experiences, and solutions that each city has developed in delivering different benefits to citizens through sport, under the five topics tackled during the project: education, integration, quality of life, health and social inclusion. The booklet also contains a summary of conclusions and recommendations on effective ways to encourage the uptake of a sport and physical activity in cities whilst delivering these five benefits to citizens.
