The study was commissioned to evaluate the impact of the five football and social responsibility projects of the UEFA EURO 2008™ tournament.
These projects were EUROSCHOOLS 2008 (organised by FairPlay-vidc, SAD and coordinated by streetfootballworld), Unite Against Racism (organised by FARE with UEFA), Fan Embassies (organised by Football Supporters International, coordinated by FARE), Score for the Red Cross (organised by the ICRC) and Football for all (abilities) (organised by PluSport in cooperation with ÖBSV - the Austrian Sports Federation for the Disabled).
The approach of the study was focused on the promotion of institutional learning in providing recommendations for UEFA and its project partners.
