5th International Womens Sports Day

The International Women’s Sports Day this year is held under the theme ‘Connecting Girls Inspiring Futures’

We are hosting and supporting sports events for women and girls in Lusaka, Chipata and Chongwe. We are hosting a Sports Day on Saturday 10th March at the National Sports Development Centre in Lusaka. The Sports Day will include Football, Volleyball, Netball, Tug of War and Zumba Dance Fitness. The Sports Day is open to all Sport organisations and sports clubs. The purpose is to celebrate women's right to sport and to highlight the rights of women. Services at the event will include HIV Testing and Counselling and Cancer Awareness.
