Call for Participation: Football Zajedno Opening Conference
Football Zajedno aims to promote equality and non-discrimination. The organisation will use the popularity of football as a medium for intercultural dialogue, the promotion of human rights and social inclusion. A focus is on the empowerment of disadvantaged groups and enhancing the equal participation of girls and women in and through football.
We now invite relevant stakeholders and potential future partners from the Western Balkans region to a conference in Sarajevo to kick-off the project and to discuss current issues
We are looking for representatives of grassroots groups, NGOs and other civic society organisations including minority groups, who use football and sport as a tool to overcome nationalism and to enhance human rights and diversity. In addition, we encourage football stakeholders (associations, clubs, coaches, players ) who are active in the field of social inclusion, anti-discrimination, human rights and/or diversity to join the event.
Please note: The target countries of the project are Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro. The Conference language is English.

Please register before or by 6 October 2017. You need to complete and return the registration form to [email protected]. The registration form is available for download on www.footballzajedno.org
Conference costs
The costs for one participant per organisation are covered by the project. This includes conference fees, catering, the networking dinner and accommodation for one night (if necessary).
After your registration, you will receive a letter confirming your participation (places are limited).
