Getting into the Game: Understanding the Evidence for Child-Focused Sport for Development

On 28 March, The Barça Foundation and UNICEF invite you to come to Barcelona to attend an event on sport for development for children.

This event revolves around the launching of the Innocenti report ‘Getting into the Game: Understanding the Evidence for Child-Focused Sport for Development’, the first research of its kind that shows evidence on how sport contributes to foster participation, social inclusion, education and child-protection.

The launch will be hosted by Mr. Josep Maria Bartomeu, FCB President and Charlotte Petri Gornitzka, UNICEF Deputy Executive Director and conducted by David Eades. We will have the presence of professionals such as Lilian Thuram, Rodrigo Hübner Mendes or Khalida Popal, among others. We will take this opportunity to network with S4D professional from all over the world.

The event will take place on 28 March at 9:30 am at FC Barcelona Auditorium (Barcelona, Spain).
