Football is not just about winning the next game but also about making a difference in society. The Institute for Business Ethics at the University of St. Gallen offers, in cooperation with the UEFA (Union of European Football Associations), a unique seminar on football and social responsibility. During the four-day-seminar, executives of European football clubs and European football associations will gain comprehensive knowledge on a subject of increasing importance

Your key benefits: In this course, you will gain contemporary and in-depth knowledge for the integration of social responsibility into your football organisation. In addition to lectures and case studies, project-oriented elements are an integral part of the course. The participants will learn about practical and academic topics as well as about tools and methods in the field of social responsibility in order to implement social responsibility into their own organisation.

The highlights: Gain comprehensive knowledge on social responsibility in football and be prepared for the challenges in your football association or your football club in order to make a difference in sports and society. Discuss with experts,practitioners, and other football executives at the UEFA headquarters on Lake Geneva in Switzerland and benefit from peer-to-peer exchange.

The target group: Executives of European football clubs and European football associations dealing with issues such as social responsibility, sustainability, diversity, respect, environment and anti-discrimination. Executives and members of specialist departments (CSR, Media, Public Affairs, Fan Liaisons etc.) are welcome.  Please do not hesitate to ask for further options.
