Join SportWorks as they host Alicia Klein to understand the growing lack of interest of new talents to enter the sports industry.

As a woman with a successful career in the international sports industry, Alicia Klein inevitably lived and witnessed multiple stories of misogyny. She also collected several cases of other types of discrimination related to race, sex, and gender diversity.

During those years, she saw creative and interesting people giving up their sports careers, along with a growing lack of interest of new talents to enter the sports industry. Now a sports columnist and equity advocate in Brazil, she writes about the importance of accelerating changes in the industry’s culture, so valuable talents are not lost in the way – or before the beginning.

In this upcoming TALK, Alicia, a global executive whose experience ranges from roles in World Athletics and global marketing agencies to the Olympic Games and FIFA World Cups, will share personal stories and discuss why reenchanting sports people by maximizing diversity is one of the most pressing issues of our time.

When: 28 October, 4.00 - 5.00 pm CET
