Join GIZ S4D Learning Lab for a seminar on an overview of steps that have to be taken for implementing monitoring and evaluation activities

Date: 07 February 2022
Time: 10:00am - 12:30pm (UTC+1)
Speakers: Experts GSU

Monitoring and evaluation (M&E) allows us to manage activities effectively, develop a clear picture of the status of our projects, utilize promising approaches, and better grasp the lessons learned. Overall, it is an essential process to secure results and sustainably foster development.

In this webseminar we will talk about logic models and how they can be developed in four steps. They are the starting point of strategy development and the basic structure for an M&E system. We will talk about focal problems, specific goals (impacts), outcomes, outputs and inputs as well as about indicators and tools. At the end you will have a first idea how your own logic model could look like.

Participation in the webseminar “Introduction to M&E” or prior knowledge in M&E are required for this course.

The webseminar will take place with a minimum of 10 participants.

Participate in all three modules to earn a certificate.
