Webinar – Reimagining sport: Pathways to gender-equal media coverage

A year on from its launch in October 2019, the EBU’s Women’s Sport Initiative has already come a long way. Find out how EBU is promoting gender-balanced coverage in its sport community and take a sneak peek inside their upcoming publication “Reimagining Sport: Pathways to gender-equal media coverage”.

Elsa Arapi has been working in sports media since 2002 in a variety of roles. She joined EBU’s football rights unit in 2016 but has expanded her portfolio ever since; she is the lead of the Women’s Sport Initiative and manages a group of experts representing EBU member organizations in this domain. Elsa studied philosophy and is currently a graduate student of International Relations at Harvard Extension School.
