World Refugee Day
As people gather for the World Cup in South Africa UNHCR Ireland & Sport Against Racism Ireland (SARI) invite you to the Fair Play Football Cup to mark World Refugee Day.
On World Refugee Day, UNHCR recognises the strength and resolve of forcibly uprooted people. This event will highlight the positive contribution of refugees to Ireland and acknowledge their positive experiences.
The event will feature 8 football teams involving refugees, community groups, Government agencies and the media.
There will also be children's activities, entertainment and information stands.
