Fútbol Más aims to build an international team who dedicate their knowledge and talent to social change on a global level, in each of the countries we work, in direct relation with our international cooperation team in Chile.

Our mission: Promote the development of resilience in girls, boys, and teenagers who live in contexts of biosocial vulnerability in order to give them the opportunity to strengthen their life skills and develop the social capital in their communities.

Job

  • Support in communication, marketing, and development and implementation of partnerships
  • Fundraising for the projects of implementation in the different countries of Fútbol Más
  • Management of the relation with alliances and international donors
  • Support at the commercial team (depends on the country) 

If the volunteer, once is in the country, wants to support other one area of his interest, it is possible to evaluate the assignment of additional tasks, according to the needs and the aptitude of the office to supervise a volunteer (time, number of persons in the team, etc).

Your profile

  • Young graduate in international relations, or themes related to the work of ONG, humanitarian and development aid, social project management and communication
  • Interest in adventure, thinking out of the box and a passion for football
  • Knowledge and experience with social media management is an asset
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or English
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Strong interest in and/or experience with topics such as sports policy, social entrepreneurship, development cooperation

Our offer

  • An unpaid internship of minimum 3 months (with flexible starting time), at the office of Futbol Mas Santiago, or in one of the open volunteer position in our different associations across the world.
  • We have currently four positions opened: Santiago (the main office), Paraguay, Péru, and Mexico
  • We offer the possibility to participate in the work on the field one or two days a week which offers the volunteer to connect with the communities and children we work with
  • A stimulating work environment with flat hierarchies and autonomy
