ENGSO Youth is hiring a Policy and Projects manager! Deadline: 25 October 2020.

What is expected from an ENGSO Youth Policy and Projects manager?
ENGSO Youth internal work
- Support the development and implementation of the ENGSO Youth Strategy 2020-2023
- Coordinate ENGSO Youth Operating Grant within Erasmus+ KA3 (Civil Society Cooperation Framework Partnership Agreement (FPA)
- Plan and prepare ENGSO Youth events together with colleagues and partners
- Support ENGSO Youth Communications officer in developing online content related to policy and projects
Policy work
- Lead the preparation of ENGSO Youth policy and position papers on relevant topics connected to sport/physical activity
- Monitor and report on developments in various relevant EU policy fields (sport; youth & employment, volunteering, etc.)
- Representation in ENGSO EU Advisory Committee
- Representation in relevant events on behalf of ENGSO Youth
Coordination of projects
- Overall coordination and overview of ENGSO Youth projects
- Lead new ENGSO Youth project applications and high-quality reporting together with colleagues and partners
- Coordination of annual ENGSO Youth Young Delegates meeting
