What is expected from an ENGSO Youth Policy and Projects manager?

ENGSO Youth internal work

  • Support the development and implementation of the ENGSO Youth Strategy 2020-2023
  • Coordinate ENGSO Youth Operating Grant within Erasmus+ KA3 (Civil Society Cooperation Framework Partnership Agreement (FPA)
  • Plan and prepare ENGSO Youth events together with colleagues and partners
  • Support ENGSO Youth Communications officer in developing online content related to policy and projects

Policy work

  • Lead the preparation of ENGSO Youth policy and position papers on relevant topics connected to sport/physical activity
  • Monitor and report on developments in various relevant EU policy fields (sport; youth & employment, volunteering, etc.)
  • Representation in ENGSO EU Advisory Committee
  • Representation in relevant events on behalf of ENGSO Youth

Coordination of projects

  • Overall coordination and overview of ENGSO Youth projects
  • Lead new ENGSO Youth project applications and high-quality reporting together with colleagues and partners
  • Coordination of annual ENGSO Youth Young Delegates meeting
