Integrity Officer with UEFA

Purpose
- Supervising the intelligence network from the perspective of integrity matters
- Assisting with the running of UEFA’s integrity officers’ network
- Monitoring and evaluating relevant laws and regulations
- Cooperating and liaising with public authorities in match integrity cases involving UEFA
- Helping to develop a more effective legal framework for dealing with match-fixing at European level
- Ensuring that all necessary measures are taken to protect the confidentiality of integrity processes
- Overseeing UEFA’s monitoring system for specific competitions
- Performing other legal tasks within the scope of integrity and regulatory affairs
- Organising events and meetings for integrity officers and other integrity-related meetings
- If necessary, representing UEFA at integrity-related events, including sports industry seminars and international political institutions’ events
- Updating superiors on a regular basis
Requirements
Experience required:
- from 4 to 6 years / In management activities at a national and/or international sports organisation
- from 1 to 3 years / Acting as a lawyer before ordinary courts/arbitration tribunals in match-fixing cases
Education:
- Masters in Sports Law
Languages:
- English / Proficient - Any other European language is an asset
Additional requirements:
- Perfect understanding of disciplinary processes in a sports environment
- Excellent knowledge of procedures for dealing with match-fixing
- Ability to communicate effectively and to network
