Laureus is looking for a Team Operations Coordinator to join their team for a fixed term contract for 12 months.

As a key member of the Foundation team, the post holder will oversee governance, finance management and internal and external stakeholders.

They will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks which support both the Development and Programmes team, as well as the Laureus Sport for Good national offices.

  • Arranging and managing Sport for Good Board meetings, to include preparation of papers and monitoring follow-up actions
  • Finance and budget management, including tracking and arrangement of invoices and payments to 3rd parties
  • Report preparation and submission to funders and donors
  • Represent Sport for Good at key Laureus meetings, for example Talent team
  • Manage Sport for Good engagement for LWSA
  • Implement and embed processes for stakeholder tracking
  • Support Development team, with specific support provided to Events Manager on key activities and events
  • Support Programmes team as required
  • Liaising with Laureus Sport for Good national offices as required
  • Support Sport for Good team on organisational tasks as they arise
