Officer - Sport and Refugees Turkey

The international relations department of the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) is currently looking for an officer ‘Sport and Refugees Turkey’. In cooperation with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) the DOSB aims to promote the social cohesion of Syrian refugees and local host communities in the border region of Turkey and Syria through sports-based activities. The job position includes the project management in Frankfurt. On occasion field visits are required. A completed university degree, preferably in the areas sport/ social/ or cultural management, experience in international sport development cooperation, computer and diplomatic skills as well as fluency in German and English are essential. Knowledge of another language (Turkish /Arabic) is desirable.
