Fundraising & Marketing internship
As EFDN’s Fundraising and Marketing Intern, you will be an integral part of our operations department. Among others, you will be supporting the monitoring & evaluation activities of EFDN’s fundraising & sponsorship objectives. Additionally, you will be assisting the team in the preparation and identification of sponsorship opportunities and fundraising events. Moreover, you will be involved in the communication with the network members of EFDN and its stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Identify Institutions and individuals for fundraising opportunities
- Assist with the marketing and logistics for fundraising events
- Provide support for on-going development activities, including prospect research, grant writing, support, build sponsor programme administration, and programme marketing
- Serve as on-going point of contact for event participants before and after their event day
- Develop social media marketing, recruitment, and event updates for events including Facebook updates, tweets, and blog posts
- Provide event participants with necessary documentation in a timely manner
- Manage participant and donor data in software programmes
- Develop and manage fundraising incentive programmes
- Attend and participate in event related activities and meetings

Communication Support Officer internship
A Communication Support Officer that will assist the EFDN team in the day-to-day communication with our Network members and all related brand operations.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the communication services of network members and maintain our contact database
- Creating marketing campaigns for EFDN programmes and events
- Generating content for the website
- Maintaining the EFDN Online Learning Platform
- Developing EFDN presentations, brochures, project reports and other publications
- Supporting communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining the social media channels
- Supporting events/exhibitions/networking events – including round table discussions, seminars and conferences
- Preparing scripts for and participating in the production of videos for publication
- Distributing email marketing campaigns
- Conducting research in the field of CSR in football

Necessary criteria
Throughout the internship be enrolled in either a BS/MS programme at a university within the EU or an EU funded programme
