The European Football for Development Network (EFDN) is seeking two interns. Deadline: 15 September 2018

The European Football for Development Network (EFDN) is a not-for- profit organisation that supports our 58 members of professional football clubs who are convinced of the social power of football and want to cooperate on a European level. The aim of our network is to promote the connecting power of football as a tool for social development in general and the exchange of knowledge and creating (funding) opportunities for local participants of our member clubs in particular.

Communication Support Officer (internship) 

The following position is available from February 2019 onwards:

If you are a graduate or undergraduate (currently enrolled/ following a study in a country, part of the EU/ or through an EU funded programme) looking to experience real business at an international NGO, we offer internships that allow you to see for yourself what Community and Social Responsibility in European professional football is all about. Starting an internship means more than getting involved in the day-to-day running of the organisation. As an intern, you’ll get exposure to real projects and challenges in a vibrant environment and gain real world experience. And you’ll work with the best clubs in the industry and participate as a member of the workforce of the European Football for Development Network.

As Communication Support Officer you support our Communication and Marketing Manager in all marketing and communication activities to promote and elevate the profile of EFDN through traditional, digital and social media, with an emphasis on the further development of our online media communication.

Project Support Officer (internship)

As Project Support Officer you are responsible to support our Project Manager for managing and delivery of our high quality EFDN programmes and activities. Together with our Project Manager you work to raise our brand as a leading organisation on CSR in European club football.
