Upshot Account and Support Manager

Having grown rapidly since our launch in 2012, we are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team to deliver Upshot to the not-for-profit sector.

Originally developed by the Football Foundation (the UK's largest sports charity) Upshot was designed to manage, monitor and evidence community projects. Upshot has been so well received that it is now being used by over 600 different organisations, both in the UK and internationally ranging from local authorities to national charities, NGBs, CSPs, public health, universities and sport for development NGOs.

Working at Upshot is varied and flexible and, as part of a small team, there is a lot of potential to gain experience of all aspects of running an innovative online system, within the wider environment of the UK's largest sports charity.

We love what we do and are looking for people who are enthusiastic and passionate about helping us grow our business. You will need to be a highly effective communicator, build external and internal relationships, and have a willingness to dedicate yourself to the team and the enhancement of the system and sector.
