The Future Stars Academy is seeking volunteers and interns for the office and/or on the field.

Future Stars Academy (FSA) believes in the power of sports. The organisation was founded in 2009 by Alfred Itaeli in response to his desire to give back to his childhood community by building the resilience, responsibility and leadership potential of the children in Arusha. By providing the children football training and competition the kids would get more hope and become empowered and FSA would help them strengthen their life skills. One rule: no school, no play.

We are looking for volunteers and interns to make this all happen. The Academy has different projects where the volunteer or intern can be added on the organisational side and/or on the field. Depending on the skills and background of the volunteer or intern. From beginning till the end we take care of the volunteer or intern in order he/she will get an amazing time with us.

On the field

The Volunteer has the possibility to assist as a football coach with coaching and delivering trainings for different age categories. The level of football played is quite high. Therefore, the Volunteer needs a certain interest and understanding of football.

In the office
