World at Play is looking for volunteers

World at Play is a charity set up to bring sport and developmental play into the lives of children and young people living in marginalised communities in Eastern Europe.  The charity is expedition based and we work in orphanages, schools for children with special needs, centres for street children and care homes in Bosnia, Croatia, Kosovo and Serbia.  We also work in the refugee camps of Bulgaria.  Our volunteers are trained to work across cultural and language barriers and with a range of physical and mental disabilities.  

The expedition will last for 10 weeks starting on the 30th July with a week of training in south Wales. Please apply through our website or write for an application form to [email protected].
