This is an exciting opportunity to work in India with IMAGE (Indian Mixed Ability Group Events) – a grassroots S4D project. IMAGE uses sport and play to nurture the social inclusion of its amazing children and youth with disabilities into mainstream society, whilst redefining the way ability is characterized and judged. IMAGE achieves this disability confidence by using its stakeholders with disabilities as the delivery agents of the program.
Intern - Sport for development and peace
This internship position is located at the UNOSDP (United Nations Office of Sport for Development and Peace) Liaison Office in Geneva. The UNOSDP Head of Office and the Geneva based Liaison Officer will supervise and direct the work of the intern. The intern will be expected to assist with all relevant activities of the UNOSDP Geneva Liaison Office as well as the office in general.
