Sarah Forde

Sarah Forde is a writer and development professional with experience in grass roots sports and development programming, gender and social justice. She currently works independently advising groups on organisational development, gender programming, M&E. Her research interest lies in the sexual and reproductive health of teenage girls and the impact of sports participation on their adolescent experiences.

Malanga Jeff Mposha

I am Malanga Jeff Mposha who is the founder of LifeSkills Development Foundation which a Zambia NGO focusing on using the mobising power of sport to address social development issues affecting young people in our target communities. Among the social development issues that are addressed include Sexual Reproductive Health Rights Education for Adolescent boys, girls and women, HIV/AIDS, Youth Unemployment and Youth Leadership Development. I joined Moving the Goalposts as the Executive Director on March 2011. I have over 12 years experience in development. My experience is mainly in the areas of community development gender mainstreaming, and education
