Victoria has seen the positive effect that sport can have on communities and during her five years as the Member Services Adviser to the Executive of Surf Life Saving NSW she was involved in the design and implementation of personal development and leadership programs for youth members. Victoria most recently worked at the Australian Institute of Sport as an athlete supervisor and in her current job at UNICEF Bangladesh, designs Sports for Development programs that recognise the role of sport in facilitating personal development, especially in the area of life skills learning.
