HavServe's Mission is to utilize volunteers to strive to meet the Millennium Development Goals in small towns and villages through community-led development and by empowering villagers with the education, training, and basic services necessary for them to play an ever-increasing role in determining their own futures.
Monica has vast experience as an event organiser, and recently moved to UEFA's Football and Social Responsibility unit. As a future social responsibility specialist (in training at Geneva University until September 2016), she will advise UEFA member associations on how to implement social responsibility projects in their countries.
Patrick Klaus Gasser
Patrick Gasser heads UEFA’s Football and Social Responsibility Unit (FSR). He joined UEFA in 1999, supporting football development in Eastern Europe. Before joining UEFA, Patrick worked for 13 years at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), both in the field and in the HR Department at the HQ in Geneva. He worked in areas affected by conflict in Asia, Africa the Middle-East and the Balkans, Patrick graduated in 1986 from the School of Economics and Business Administration in Lucerne and received a post-graduate degree in Human Resources from the school’s Olten campus in 1996 and the University of Geneva in 1999. He obtained a diploma in Sociology, Politics and Management of Sports from the University of Lausanne in 2002.
