I am a graduate of Language Literature & Foreign Civilisations from L’Universite d’Abomey-Calavi,Cotonou,Benin Republic.Formally,I was the Program Support Officer for a sport-based non-profit known as “Hope4girls”Nigeria. Now I'm the COO of my own Sports Research & Development outfit known as RDS SPORTS SOLUTIONS.I have huge interest in the areas of gender, development & Peace Management. My strong background in Sports particularly basketball, is the requisite tool I need to contribute to youth & community Development. It is my wish to also further develop my capacity in areas such as planning & co-ordinating projects aimed at creating awareness and raising funds for youth development events. I'm a strong advocate & firm believer in justice, fairness and equity, not just in sports, but in all facets of human life
I have been involved in sport in many different ways over a number of years. Firstly through a university undergraduate degree in Sports Studies I completed in Scotland. Next I moved onto coaching soccer in both the UK and the US. I became interested in the power of soccer and so spent some time in Kenya with sport for social development organisations. I am about to undertake an MBA course in England in International Sports Management to improve my knowledge.

Youth development through sports is as good as youth development through military,the difference nobody gets killed. Young boys and girls discover themselves when given an opportunity to play sports,their strength their weakness and they learn to chance and develop consciousness in confidence.
