In the past I was working in projects of social integration that were targeting, first of all, Roma children and their families. I had the opportunity to make assessments in Montenegro where I was then working in projects targeting Roma IDPs coming from Kosovo. I was then working in Serbia in projects of emergency, projects of decentralized cooperation, projects targeting Roma people, local and economic development etc. In Serbia I was working as country coordinator and I was involved in all the project cycle, from the assessment to the implementation. I was working, as consultant, in public local offices. I have the capacity to organize, to work in a team and to work under pressure respecting deadlines.
