Martial Arts for Peace's Biography
We are a non-governmental non-profit organisation committed to translate core values from martial arts philosophy and Olympic values-based education to everyday life situations of children and young people. By combining the practice of martial arts with educational programs and youth work we aim to build self-confident resilient individuals and communities and a culture of peace and non-violence.
  • Our instructors network represents a variety of martial arts and combat sports including Karate, Taekwondo, Capoeira, Escrima, Kickboxing, Ju-Jitsu, Aikido, Judo, Wing Chun, Muay Thai, Wushu Sanda, Wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts and Chessboxing.  
  • We work with children and young people including marginalised and most at-risk individuals and groups.

Our working areas comprise of Workshops and Network Development, Martial Arts and Life Skills Camps, Chess Boxing, Inclusive Martial Arts, Women´s Self-Defense
