Sports and Fitness Association of Pakistan has been the first ever NGO in Pakistan working for the development of the community through sport since 1989. Starting with the name of Players Appreciation Movement for athletes rights and protection, later in 2000 converted the mission from the limited vision for only athletes to community development through sport as tool for change. Kafka Welfare Organization
Kafka Welfare Organization’s Mission is to “work for the development& empowerment of socio-economically disadvantages &vulnerable people especially women in Pakistan”. Vision KWO envisions a" Gender sensitized, educated, violence-free, healthy, democratic and peaceful Society”
We are focused on supporting people and communities in underprivileged communities in Colombia through sport training. We use Taekwondo as our main sport, but we provide training and recreation and use the sport as a tool for peacebuilding and child and youth development.
The Football Foundation for Africa
A social enterprise that is focusing football education and sports infrastructure development in Africa. Our aim is to help create a sustainable business model for the future of African football. Our goals are to mobilize resources for the development of sustainable sports facilities and secondly, facilitate the transfer of knowledge in all its spheres to the Africa game.
Onside Football & Peace Network
We aim to connect grassroots football clubs in Liberia to use the beautiful game for education, peace-building and to develop great leaders. While the teams are competitive on the pitch, we work together off it, using football to develop great people in our individual communities as well as great footballers.
Each club has its own code of conduct to guide the players on the field and off it. Our priorities are education, peace and youth leadership. Each club has teams for girls and boys aged 7 to 14, volunteer coaches and regular practices. The teams are embedded in their local communities.
Sports for Hope and Independence (SHI)
Sports for Hope and Independence is a non-profit organisation founded in 2016 dedicated to exploring and expanding human awareness through sports respecting culture and religion: to inspire youth, girls, physically disabled person and children across Bangladesh to become purposeful masters of themselves and dedicated, inspired leaders of others into a fulfilled wellbeing.
