Caribbean Healthy Lifestyles Project
Program provides a forum for discussion on healthy lifestyles, socially sensitive issues, and helps to increase participants knowledge of selected topics. Program strives to enhance self esteem and self confidence of youth through involvement in physical activity and provides a supportive forum for youth to voice their opinions and ideas. Program hopes to increase the number of youth involved in sport and physical activity and foster their leadership potential throughout the Caribbean islands.
