I am from Denmark but has lived in Honduras since 2016 where I do consultancy and volunteer work. My profile is research based from the academic world as well as practical from the NGO world. In the coming years I will research on the role of physical activity as treatment for traumatized girls in Honduras.
I am the founder of Sports and Social Change, a cause marketing and social enterprise consulting firm with a focus on using sports to address social issues. We create nonprofit/for-profit partnerships, design marketing campaigns and corporate social responsibility programs, and help sports entrepreneurs grow their business through the triple bottom line philosophy of people - planet - profit.

Since April 2015 she joined the UNESCO Chair "Transforming the Lives of People with Disabilities, their Families and Communities through Physical Education, Sport, Recreation and Fitness" at the Institute of Technology in Tralee, Ireland.
Datchanamoorthy a name that has left imprints in the books of Indian Human Rights Education; today is an iconic leader who has raised eyebrows in India with his visionary outlook for the state. Known for his crusading efforts demanding the compulsory Human Rights Education in the country, DatchanaMoorthy is a man on a fanatic mission to make India a model nation to the world. A great idealist wrote that people are born with equal rights. Then thousands of people cynically and sagaciously criticized it. Some diligently tried to make it real. It’s a paradox, but both the second ones - with their determined belief, and those who were unsparingly criticizing contributed that the idea, even slowly, but started to get formed in the minds of people and nations. As a Human Rights Defender, I believe that people’s equality before the law is the most important principal; because I know that it’s the basis of jurisprudence. As a practical person, I also know that Human Rights Education is needed to develop peace and self security. As a realist, I have no doubt that on a way of implementing these human rights in reality life. But as an optimist I believe that “the drop taps the stone”. And finally as a humanist, I completely agree with some other idealist
