Tariq Mohammed is a certified squash coach who has played and coached squash at several elite prep schools, colleges and universities in the United States. During 2003-2004, he served as a United Nations Volunteer in Uganda to foster peace and human development. He has a Masters in Education with a specialization in coaching.
fairplay, the initiative for diversity and antidiscrimimation was kicked off by the Vienna Institute for International Dialogue and Cooperation (VIDC) in 1997. The fairplay innitiave has worked closely with key football and sport stakeholders such as assocations, clubs, fans, players as well as migrant and refugee organisations in order to address exclusion and promote equality and respect in the game. fairplay is a founding member of the network Football Against Racism in Europe (FARE), which has established in 1999 in Vienna, Austria.We work closely with key (football) institutions including UEFA, FIFA, European Commission, Council of Europe, FIFPro and many national bodies in Austria and in the Western balkans.
Growing up between Europe and Singapore, I have always been interested in using sport as a tool for international development, cooperation, or a tool for social progress to human welfare. My academic background combines Sports Management with Peace, Conflict and Development studies. On a professional and volunteer level, have had the opportunities to learn and grow through different organisations namely, UFOLEP, ENGSO Youth, ISCA, CNOSF, CoE, Decathlon, UNOSDP, Peace and Sport, streetfootballworld. I now putting my efforts in the development of the Field Programs of the ITTF Foundation.
As a aport policy consultant working for governments across the Middle East and Africa I recognize the power of sport to provide opportunity and act as an agent for economic and social change. I also focus on the power of potential and the use of education, technology and mentoring to develop athletes through Imagine Champions, a purpose based organisation supporting and connecting young athletes across the globe through our mobile and web enabled 'Imagine' learning and development programme and knowledge sharing platform.

His work focuses on the intersection of research, policy and practice to advance sport and human rights, development and social change.

Danya Hodgetts is a sport manager, lecturer and researcher who strives to combine practitioner skills and industry experience with theory, best practice and research. In her roles as National Development Manager with Surf Life Saving Australia, and Regional Manager with the Australian Sports Commission, Danya lead teams that implemented programs in coaching, officiating, club & school participation, high performance and member development.
