I am the executive director of the Venezuelan organization "Deporte Para el Desarrollo". We work in the most vulnerable sectors of the country, creating programs and activities that use sports as a tool to teach social skills in children and adolescents. Lindsey is an Associate Professor at Ball State University, Coordinator of the graduate program in Sport & Exercise Psychology, a certified sport psychology consultant, USSF D licensed soccer coach, and the director of two SportsUnited projects, Soccer for Peace in Jordan and in Tajikistan. She has conducted local sport for peace and leadership after-school programs with elementary students. Lindsey's ares of interests involve parent-coach-athlete relationships, positive youth development in sport, and SDP, and is the co-author of the book Survival Guide for Coaching Youth Soccer. Additionally, she has coached youth soccer players.
