Through my work with Africa on the Ball, I've established a model for community development centered around a "Communiteam" which aids to benefit the people of Kalingalinga wherever possible. With Supporters Direct Scotland I help Supporters Trusts gain a larger shareholding of their respective club and promote sustainable community ownership.
