Cassie Collins is the program manager of Toronto Inner-City Rugby Foundation (TIRF). TIRF, a non-profit, sport-for-development organization, uses rugby as a tool for social good. Using the values of rugby: discipline, respect, integrity, passion and solidarity, TIRF provides team building, leadership, physical activity, and personal/professional development programs for young people in Toronto, Canada.

I have been a program manager for 6+ years in youth sport, have worked for 4 non-profit sport organizations, and have over 9 years experience in program delivery, evaluation, teaching, and volunteer management. I have intercultural working experience in Eeyou Istchee, and have travelled in Tanzania, Kenya, the Carribean, Mexico, the USA, and Canada.
