The European Football for Development Network (EFDN) is a network of European community engaged professional football clubs. In almost every European country a growing number of football clubs show their social responsibility and develop community projects that are important for the people in their cities. We believe that football can change people’s lives and that’s why we aim to inspire all European clubs to become more actively engaged in their communities.

Hubert Rovers's Biography
I started to work in the field of sport and development in 2007 at the community department of the Dutch Premier League club NAC Breda. I became CEO of the Teamplay@NAC Foundation in 2010 and moved on as founder of the European Football for Development Network (EFDN) in 2013.
