Formerly IDM at the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation, and W Africa Prog' manager at 'Coaching for Hope', I hold both a UEFA 'B' (Level 3) coaching qualification and a first class degree in Development studies. I am joint author of 'Goals Without Goalposts', a limited resource coaching manual, as well as an author of coaching and Youth leadership manuals used to deliver courses to coaches, youth and community leaders from NGOs in Burkina Faso, Mali, and Botswana

Jacob Naish's Biography
I began my career in Sport for Development with Brighton & Hove Albion FC, and now I am happy to be back there.
I have been tasked with re-branding all of the Albion's international Development work that they have been doing, and that they want to do in the future.
Thus, our new programme FOR (Football OutReach) is now being launched, representing our work with international and local partners within football for development.
My work takes me regularly to West Africa, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe.
