My name is Lizzie House and I am a 24 year old Salford University graduate in BSc(Hons) Applied Sports Science (Human Performance).
I currently work part time with 8 - 21 year old males and females, delivering and coaching multi sports, art activities and fitness instruction in a youth zone in Harpurhey, Manchester. I am also due to start a voluntary mentoring programme within the same organisation.
I have recently started a new second job working in a health and fitness centre, situated in the heart of the Manchester Jewish community centre.
I have a lifelong history in competitive sport, particularly football, representing Manchester City, Stockport County and Rochdale AFC alongside Stockport College Academy of Sport and Salford University Womens' Teams. I have recently taken up Rugby Union.
I am starting the British Cycling Level 2 course in May alongside the British Basketball Level 1 course with The Factory Youth Zone.
With Kosher Fitness, I am working towards gaining my Personal Trainer Level 3 REPs qualification.
